About
Dara C. Goodman is a highly experienced no-fault insurance attorney at Horn Wright, LLP. She represents hospitals, surgical centers, medical group practices, and other healthcare providers in a full range of disputes, including arbitrations and all aspects of civil litigation. With years of experience on both the provider and insurance carrier sides of the no-fault system, Dara brings a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to every matter she handles. Her ability to navigate both the procedural and substantive complexities of such insurance disputes, and her unwavering dedication to achieving results for her clients, make her an essential legal resource for providers facing unpaid or contested claims.
