Attorney Pablo A. Fernandez has a diverse background in criminal defense, immigration, construction law litigation and municipal law.
Attorney Pablo A. Fernandez was a deputy county attorney with the Office of the Nassau County Attorney, where he was a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Litigation Bureau. This Bureau defends against all civil matters brought against Nassau County, including Section 1983 actions. Prior to his work with the Litigation Bureau, Attorney Pablo A. Fernandez represented Nassau County’s Department of Social Services.
Attorney Pablo A. Fernandez also served as an adjunct law professor with the Maurice A. Dean School of Law, where he taught Legal Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation. Mr. Fernandez is also a volunteer firefighter with the Atlantic Steamer Fire Co. No. 1 of Oyster Bay where he also serves as the Dive Rescue Captain. Attorney Pablo A. Fernandez earned his Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law in 2001 after earning an undergraduate degree from St. John's University School in 1997.
